Innovative Methods in the Vocational Mobilisation of Extremely Excluded Groups tested by Partnerships implementing the Community Initiative Programme EQUAL

Within thematic area A of the Community Initiative EQUAL, there are Partnerships that deal with facilitating the entry into and return to the job market for individuals having diffi culties with integration or re-integration with the society (in order to promote an open job market for everyone). Many of those Partnerships have embarked on the task of devising solutions for including the extremely marginalised into the society by their re-introduction to the job market. A characteristic feature of the solutions they have employed is a close connection between social and vocational reintegration.
