The management model for equal chances enterprises helps introduce equal chances and rights in the workplace. It includes training packages, an audit tool, good practice guide and an optional course part "Diversity management in an enterprise", designed for economic schools of higher education. The presented training and audit solutions may be used both in private enterprises and in the public and NGOs sector.
