The most important elements of the result are models of operation for homes-clubs and transition employment models, thanks to which persons with mental health disorders can overcome their social and vocational isolation. In the clubs the beneficiaries participate in education courses such as vocational classes, workshops, classes with experts, and their participation in the transition employment programmes offers them an opportunity to gain experience in several workplaces and on several positions. This helps them function in the open labour market and move to the independent employment stage.
