Result name Model of balanced Work-Family activation: local partnerships for persons taking care of dependants

Result description:

The purpose of the balanced activation model is the vocational integration or reintegration of persons taking care of dependants - children, family members or persons with disabilities. The proposed solution defines both the contents and order of the activation services (training sessions, workshops, advisory services etc.), and the structure of cooperation among the involved institutions. Moreover, the model includes organisational recommendations to be used in the specific projects financed from the resources of the European Social Fund.
