Model System of Knowledge Management in Firms offers the possibility to analyse the current training needs in an enterprise and develop the training programme on the basis of the results. Moreover, the system helps assess the competences gained in informal training and use the knowledge of experienced workers in the process of intercompany coaching. The result includes all the procedures and tools necessary to implement the model system.
