The simulator is a universal IT tool helping in the process of defining the model of flexible forms of employment in an enterprise and the model being tested by experts, employers and employees. It offers an opportunity to balance the profits and losses following the use of the EFZ, following which changes in the enterprise's employment policy are prepared (more flexible human resources management model, planning the employment conditions, increasing the work effectiveness or developing the employees' career paths). The simulator was originally developed for the shipbuilding industry, but it can be adopted for other industries.
