Result name Model system of support aimed at maintaining the employment of persons aged 50+ in shipbuilding industry

Result description:

The model of support for employees aged 50+ helps match the level and manner of assistance to the real needs of shipbuilding industry firms. The developed tools offer an opportunity to positively influence the most important entities of the labour market: entrepreneurs, employees and managerial staff. The system contains four modules - training, advisory, awareness-raising and communication - which help adapt the professional competences of employees and the technological advancement level of enterprises to the requirements of the modern, competitive labour market.
