Coaching is an effective method of vocational and social reintegration of persons unemployed for long periods due to their disabilities, excessively low or outdated qualifications, breaks in employment (e.g. women after maternity leaves) or cultural and linguistic barriers. In the coaching process the trainer motivates, activates and supports the beneficiaries and thus helps them regain or acquire the skills of functioning in the open labour market. The result includes the description of recruitment methods, training programme and work procedures for the new profession in social economy - a trainer of supported employment.
