The objective of the model is the social and vocational reintegration of young persons leaving penitentiary institutions and community homes. The model is based on systemic cooperation of penitentiary institutions with entities operating within a given community - organisations, institutions and employers - within the properly prepared programme of educational and socialisation intervention, helping beneficiaries gain professional independence.
