Result name System of vocational activation through temporary work, based on certification of skills

Result description:

Thanks to the vocational activation system persons discriminated in the labour market can verify their current social situation, improve their professional qualifications, obtain certificates and thus increase their chances of finding employment, including temporary work. The system provides for coordination of vocational trainings for the unemployed and adjustment of educational programmes to local labour market requirements. The model helps apply temporary employment and propagates flexible forms of work.
